Bayern Munich scored three goals in the first half against VfL Wolfsburg, as they secured all three points and maintained their lead at the top of the Bundesliga table.

The match started off with both teams trying to find a way through each other's defense, but it was Bayern who broke the deadlock early on. Robert Lewandowski found himself unmarked in the penalty box, and he slotted home the opener for his side.

Just six minutes later, Bayern doubled their lead when Kingsley Coman received a cross from the right flank and volleyed into the back of the net. The goal came after a series of well-placed passes between the two forwards.

Wolfsburg were struggling to create any clear-cut chances, and Bayern's lead only grew larger as they continued to dominate possession. The hosts had a few opportunities to equalize, but they could not find a way past Manuel Neuer, who made several crucial saves to keep his team in the game.

In the second half, Bayern continued to press and created more chances, with Serge Gnabry hitting the post and Kingsley Coman almost scoring again before being denied by Wolfsburg goalkeeper Yann Sommer.

Despite the pressure, Wolfsburg could not find a way through and Bayern secured all three points, maintaining their position at the top of the Bundesliga table. With just one defeat in 22 games this season, Bayern look set to challenge for the title once again.
